Payment

All purchases must be paid for in FULL before any goods are released. Payment must be received within 7 days of purchase or your order maybe cancelled, unless previous notice has been given.

We accept payment via credit or debit card over the phone, cheque or money order (payable to Behind The Scenes Limited). You can also make payment to our Paypal account at enquiries@behindthescenes.org.uk

Please DO NOT send cash through the post to pay for your items. If making payment by cheque, please allow 5 working days for your cheque to clear.

International buyers wishing to pay by cheque. We only accept cheques in pounds sterling made payable to Behind The Scenes Limited. We DO NOT accept personal cheques from customers outside of the United Kingdom.

All goods remain in the ownership of Behind The Scenes Limited until they have been paid for in full.

Payment Plans

Behind The Scenes Limited offer's an interest free Payment Plan to customers with the following terms:

Payment Plans can only apply to purchases totalling in excess of £200.00.
A deposit is required of at least 10% of the total amount.
The deposit amount is NON REFUNDABLE.
All payments made towards the total amount are NON REFUNDABLE.
If you wish to cancel your payment plan, all monies paid up until that time are NON REFUNDABLE.
Payments must be paid in accordance with your tailor made payment plan.
Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received including any shipping costs.
